Our Proximity Telehealth team brings decades of in-person therapy experience to schools that want the best for their students. We are dedicated professionals who are passionate about our students and school partnerships.
Anne Madden, Founder and Physical Therapist
Anne is the Founder of Proximity Telehealth and provides physical therapy treatment sessions to the students in our schools. In 2016, she became an early-adopter of telehealth and is now one of the most experienced telehealth PTs in the country.
Anne graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology. She completed her doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2006 at Arcadia University in Philadelphia.
Anne is a military spouse, a mother of three, and resides in Boise, Idaho with her family.
Trish Graham, North Idaho Area Manager
Trish is the North Idaho Area Manager for the Proximity team. Her fantastic clinical and 30+ years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist help our students and therapists get the most out of every session. Trish develops meaningful relationships with her students and schools through caring and learning opportunities.
Trish is a huge Carolina Hurricanes hockey fan, “Go Canes” and resides in North Carolina with her family.
Megan Rauscheberger, South Idaho Area Manager
Megan is the South Area Manager for the Proximity team. Megan leads by example with engaging sessions with her students with a focus on the middle and high school students as a Speech Language Pathologist. She returns for her 5th year with Proximity to continue to support the students of Idaho to grow and learn.
Megan is a military spouse, a mother of two, and resides in Virginia with her family.
